A broad goal such as reaching a higher career rank is easier to review when divided into visible requirements. The observed Branch Manager menu listed 100% performance and Charisma 3. Record your own current readings next to those targets.
The checklist can show whether your entered values meet the reported thresholds. It cannot know whether a legal shift is currently available, whether a promotion will occur before settlement, or whether the game has changed the requirements.
The single completed Banking test demonstrates one promotion outcome. It does not prove that one shift will always be enough, that a particular mode has a fixed multiplier, or that a later wage menu will be paid. Save the actual result as a separate observation after your own session.
